My Passion
As we know, there
are a lot of people in this world who are into drinking beer, and I am one of
them.
Drinking beer in
free time is what drinkers always do. In my case every time I drank beer there’re
always some people thinking and reproving me that I shouldn’t drink beer a lot,
or shouldn’t even drink beer because there is no use in beer, and many
disadvantages of it. Every time I can just sat silently, listened even though I
was so tired of their words, but didn’t know how to react to them. Therefore my
passion is drinking wherever I want without anyone reprove or blame me, so
today I would like to tell you all that there are many health benefits of
drinking beer that you maybe have never known before.
Firstly, beer is full of vitamin B2, B6, B12, B9, Biotin,
and a lot of minerals such as Potassium, Magnesium which improve bone strength. Secondly, drinking beer may
reduce the risk of kidneys stones because beer is superior to water in flushing
out. Thirdly, some beers are made from grain which is make beer has less Cholesterol
than Juice. Next, there is a powerful antioxidant called Xanthohumol which
nurture your health, so you don’t need to buy any supplementary food; moreover beer
also has Lactoflavin and Nicotin which can help you feel relax, and get you
have a comfy sleeping at night.
However, there are
many disadvantages of drinking beer if you drink a lot, so I would like to
remind you to learn how to avoid getting drunk, know your limit drinking
because going out or having a few drinks with your friends is fun, but getting
drunk can also lead to bad decisions.Thank you so much
